It’s floating installation method is easy to install with a click together locking system. While inhibiting mold and mildew growth, their FX3 Surface Protectant withstands scratching and staining as well as fighting off odors. Included with this product is an attached underlayment pad for added sound protection and extra warmth for foot comfort. Metroflor comes in an 8 mil, 12 mil, and 20 mil wear layers with designs and colors to meet any of your style needs.
